Cyclone Sophie

Sophie is now 7 months old and into everything! She has learnt to commando crawl and goes directly past her clean safe toys and heads for anything not child-friendly - eg. the dogs waterbowl, electrical cables, guitars, rubbish bins, shoes etc.  So we have nicknamed her Cyclone Sophie. 


We had a week with Travis' family in WA in November and she had a great time with the family over there.  She had her first trip to the beach while we were there. 


We are looking forward to her first trip to New Zealand next week for her first Christmas.

She continues to amaze us! It feels like Sophie is growing up so fast - check out her new skills "talking", holding things in her hands and jumping in her jolly jumper.

Smiling little princess

Our little princess is really growing up fast. It seems like an eternity ago that she was born but only 9 weeks from when our lives changed forever. It's really hard to imagine our life without her now. How quickly things change.

Grandparents from New Zealand....

2 months old and Sophie has had her first visit from her kiwi grandparents. It was a great week, lots of great weather, lots of laughs, cuddles and of course more beautiful photos - she is even smiling in some!

She now weighs 3.6 kilos, has graduated from 5 zeros up to 4 zeros and is getting more adorable every day.
